One phone interview and an in person interview. This consisted of meeting several members of the Recruiting team one on one, and some in a panel style.
The process was very informal, relaxed, and overall enjoyable.
Everyone who was involved in the interview process was very personable, and seemed to enjoy getting to know me not only as a candidate, but also as a potential team member.

Interview
3 rounds with the direct hiring manager, client hiring manager and CEO of the company. It was a pleasant interview process and everyone I met seemed supportive and positive and excited for the future. It is a smaller company than the one I came from which I liked and it seemed like my ideas would be heard and implemented more at LevelUp.
