Applied and interviewed once in April 2012, did not get the job. Saw another opening several months later in October 2012, and had an employee reference. Had a phone screening, an in-person group interview, had a sample project to take home, and a second group interview where I also presented the project. All were very friendly and went well. Worth nothing the amazing Creative Director I interviewed with is no longer with the company.
