I had to interview with 3 different people, one of them being the company president. He asked me what I was told about the job, and I told him what I was told and he seemed upset that it wasn't accurate, despite what I was told.

GR recruiter reached out to me for a BA role. Phone screen with her. Interview with a manager. Recruiter was to setup another interview with a higher level manager. This did not happen. Said recruiter ghosted all of my attempts to reach her. Advice: Be honest with your candidates. They put in time and effort for the interview process. You do owe them either a rejection or offer. Ghosting is royally unprofessional! Be better.

Unfortunately for a position with such a small company and a barely competitive salary, the interview process was simply a bunch of rigmarole. 3 interviews was entirely too extensive for such a simple position. Additionally, the 2nd round of interview I was told one thing about the job description and day to day responsibilities just for the 3rd interviewer (the CEO of the company) to have a clear dissatisfaction when I regurgitated to him what his 2nd interviewer had told me about the job as apparently it was incorrect.
