The interview process was inefficient with made-up processes that involved talking to many people in one complete day that took 6 hours. The company claims it is efficient, agile and frugal. That proved me wrong because of wasting all of his resources's time. I got the offer but declined. Because the job description was vague and they kept changing the requirements over the course of 3 weeks. Long story short, they didn't know what they wanted!
