I had a phone interview with their business manager, than met with him in person a few days later. it was a very casual and easy going process. Didnt ask you the typical cheesy interview questions, and genuinely just wanted to get to know me and my background to see if we were a good fit personality wise, as my recruiter could already vouch for my experience and work ethic.
