Interview
I submitted my resume to Guaranteed Rate for a Loan Coordinator position that I saw posted online. Once they saw on my resume that I had previous mortgage sales experience with a different company, a recruiter called to ask if I would consider sales again instead. They were hiring for their new/growing online sales team, and seemed genuinely excited that I already had a grasp of the industry. After the phone interview, I was asked to come in person to their Irving Park office. I was interviewed by three different managers and offered the job on the spot.
