Had a quick phone call with the recruiter. Basically only went through my resume. Didn't really ask me relevant questions regarding my job experiences nor about my skills. Was told she'd follow up with me in 2-3 days. 1 week passes by and still nothing. I decided to email back for an update/follow-up and still got no response back. I basically got ghosted. Why not just tell me yes or no or update me as promised? Even if I didn't get the job, an update would've been nice instead of ghosting me and having me wait around. This experience has made me never want to apply to Guaranteed Rate ever again. Not a good experience.
