For my first interview, I spoke to three great women, all one-on-one though. They were very friendly, bubbly and easy to talk to. I was still nervous, but that's totally normal for me. I interviewed with one, then another, and then the last one. Which was just filling out an application, but I also asked her questions. Very "informal" as they put it, just so you don't feel like you're actually interviewing, don't be fooled though, still treat it and attack it as if it's your real interview because they are the ones that narrow it down and send your resume to the hiring managers. I thankfully did well enough to get the interview with the hiring managers a week after. The questions weren't all too different, but I did get stumped by trying to "sell" a flip phone over an iPhone. HARDEST SELL EVER!!!!! Just be you and you'll do just fine.
