The interview process took about 3 months total and seemed to have a "go, stop, stop, go" feel to it. One interviewer admitted he hadn't read my resume. One missed the interview and had to reschedule. I got the sense that there was misalignment between the TA person and the hiring team, particularly when I was given a start date and benefits without an offer in place by the TA person, just to be told I was not selected more than a month later. Yes, that really happened.

Prepare yourself for the most drawn out and unorganized interview process imaginable. Every interview starts late due to their culture of “it’s ok to be 5 minutes late.” Some interviewers even skipped scheduled interviews. Everyone talked about how burnt out and understaffed they are. Seemed like a top down culture full of toxicity.
