I applied online and recieved an email about a phone interview with an in house recruiter a couple weeks later. The interviewer seemed to have some issues scheduling. A time to call would be scheduled and then cancelled on the day of the interview. This happened four times. After some rescheduling I finally got to do the interview. I did not receive a follow up or an offer.
