I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Guardant Health in Jul 2019
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiting agency that Guardant employs to find candidates. After talking with the recruiter, I had a phone screen with an HR person, and an on-site interview was scheduled. While the recruiter that I mainly worked with was good, some of the other recruiters from Digital Prospectors that I worked with were downright rude and unprofessional. The interview itself was about 4 hours and involved meeting 1:1 with about 5 different managers/supervisors in the lab.
