I applied online. I interviewed at Guardant Health (Redwood City, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a very general one on one with the hiring staff. The second was with the senior manager for biospecimen management which was very short and focused on the actual job responsibilities. The third round was with a panel of various staff from different teams within the company. It was nerve wracking at first but, they were all very friendly. They asked hypotheticals of how you would respond to certain situations involving your team.

Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter for a phone interview. The whole conversation is informal and friendly. I answered all my previous questions okay but except for the salary question. The recruiter got back to me after a few days saying they will move forward with another candidate.

Interview
Very friendly, I felt comfortable. There's first a 20 min phone interview. If that goes well, they'll schedule a more detailed interview that for me lasted almost 4 hrs. So my advise is to get prepared well for all possible, basic interview questions
