A phone interview was followed by an interview with the team. All of the questions were in-depth and relevant to the position and my experience and skills. All of my questions were answered. I accepted another position before they completed their process.

Online application, screening with a recruiter (~ 20 mins), phone talk with hiring manager (~1 hours), full day interview (short presentation, several 1:1 meetings).
Everyone was very nice and professional. Even though it clearly was not the right fit I really enjoyed my conversations. They managed to handle a few potentially awkward moments very well. Overall, very positive experience. I could feel the fast pace even in those 1:1 meetings.
