I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guardant Health (Redwood City, CA) in May 2021
Interview
Normal interview process. Phone interview, manager interview, followed by panel interview (some people in the panel didn't know why they had been scheduled to interview me if I was not going to be working with their respective teams).
HR/recruiters took a long time to communicate and the manager didn't show up to the interview and had to reschedule.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Guardant Health in Mar 2021
Interview
Very Good. The interview process was a panel interview with multiple people. The questions were straight forward and were engaging. The interviewers were very tentative and respectful. Overall the experience was a good one.
