I really hope that someone in power who has a heart actually reviews the feedback on their company and how potential employees with talent are being treated! Rampant reviews of being ghosted after completing multiple rounds of interviews is NOT acceptable! Word is getting around very quickly that this is how this company operates. You are losing out on top talent who want to make difference in the oncology space.
Your HR department and first line managers need training. I hope they never go through what they are putting candidates through, it is so demoralizing.
