Took 5 rounds just to be told that I don't have as much experience compare to the other candidate. One round was AFTER the panel. Do you really need that many round to tell you I don't has as much experience? Should be pretty clear on the resume.

Basic probability and statistics, Tumor suppressor gene and oncogene knowledge
condescending people; holier than thou attitude; unorganized and uninterested interviewers; didn't feel welcome, and that they had already made up their mind. Very arrogant, and they didnt seem like they would be good people to work with.

Manager contact first followed by recruiter phone interview. Onsite interview with presenation and panel 1:1 interview. Negotiated salary with ideal offer. Waited for almost 2 months to get the offer. Pretty slow process. But overall positive experiences
