Very unprofessional process. The recruiter is rude and lacks respect. She gets mad at you for asking valid questions and talks in a very condescending way. After the initial phone screen I already had a bad feeling but continued because the job seemed to be a good opportunity and in the second round the hiring manager was nice. Third round felt like a waste of time. At the end the recruiter did not follow up according to the given timeline after multiple rounds of interviews. Multiple times I was told she would follow up in a specific time frame but it never happened. Seems like they only care if you already have another offer, otherwise won’t give any updates. Overall just very unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates and their time.
