Interview
Ridiculous interview process, I declined the offer to continue after part 2. This was for an entry-level, customer service based position. A college degree is not required, yet they expected 5 rounds of the interview process. First was a video interview, then a phone call to discuss more about the position. After that would have been a 45 minute assessment, then a panel interview with the team. Then finally an interview with the manager/leader. The lowest starting hourly pay is $16.. but can go up to $33 (only if you are in CA).

Interview
I had an extremely disappointing experience I had with Guardant Health. After successfully completing my first interview, I was scheduled for a second one. However, when the time came, no one showed up. I followed up via email but never received a response. I then called the recruiter, who admitted it was a scheduling mistake on their end and assured me he would call back to reschedule.
Unfortunately, that call never came. I had even taken time off work to be available for this interview, only to be left without communication or follow-up.
I also know I was the ideal candidate because I currently work for their competitor company.
Please do better when it comes to respecting candidates' time and effort. A simple acknowledgment or update goes a long way.

Interview
One interview with the recruiter, one with a manager, and then a 6-panel 3-hour interview. I completed all of this just to be ghosted after being told I would hear something either way the following week. It has been 3 weeks, I even emailed the recruiter twice the following for a status and received no reply. Stop wasting people's time, Advise your your Director not to be laughing at her screen in other conversations while interviewing, it's very unprofessional.
