The phone interview was pretty standard. I had an interview with the hiring manager. Then no updates. I even called the recruiter and left a voice message to see if I could get any updates and no response.

So many rounds and a 15 min presentation, and they still took 3 weeks to get me a yes or a no. Super unprofessional. You cannot just string candidates along for the ride.
