No really difficult or unexpected questions, a lot a basic behavioral questions
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Guardian Life (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2015
Interview
4 Interviews. They hire less than 5% of who they interview. The interview process is mostly them trying to explain their ridiculous compensation structure. They have a contract that makes little to no sense. However, I think they're trying to fight the god fight in an industry full of junk.
