Have a defined process to conduct the interview. All the skills are evaluated and majorly around Agile and the cermonies. Also check the technical competence. API and its execution, Testing and validation

It was 3 rounds- written, Technical round 1, Managerial round 2, HR round 3. Not that much difficult process. There is one aptitude round as well which was done after the HR round to understand the analytical ability of the person.
