I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Guess? (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was very brief and concise. Both the store a manger and visual managers said what they needed to say and offered me the job right on the spot after asking me a few questions.
Saw multiple people in one visit, which was great so I didn't have to drive back and forth for each interview. Turned that I wasn't qualified for the position but they referred me to the manager who was hiring for a junior graphic design position. I was already driving off the lot and the recruiter called me right back to interview on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guess?
Interview
The interview was very structured and well-done. I applied online and the following day a recruiter called me to see if I was fit for the position. I had an interview with the manager but it was cut short.
