It was very informal, but it was still a great experience. The DM was super friendly and explained what I would be doing as the stock associate, and what she was looking for as far as scheduling.

The interview was of particular ease, the seemed to be more of a formality that the manager had to perform than an actual interview where the candidate has to strongly advocate for themself to be hired.

Hired me on the spot, simple job questions were asked. Seemed like the choice was already made but with words and confidence you can change their mind and get you to be on their team.
The interview was brief and casual, very comfortable environment. I was called about a week after applying, I did go in and leave a resume shortly after applying. It was during the holiday season so that's likely why it went by so fast.
