The interview process is pretty lengthy when it comes to management. I went through 2 different interviews. Store Manager interview, then the district manager. Asked more experience based questions to see how you would do under pressure. Overall interview process wasn't that bad, but they kept rescheduling because they didn't have enough coverage for the store manager to leave the store for a bit
Interview process is fairly easy if you have customer service experience. They will ask you questions in regard to customer service, employee relation, and sales target goals as they are big in sales goals.

I had an initial interview with a district manager, two phone interviews with HR representatives, and a final in-person interview with a store manager. All interviews were fairly similar/standard and none were longer than 30 minutes.
