I applied in-person. I interviewed at Guess? (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was a group interview, about 18 people. The co-manager was the interviewer. She was super friendly, told us a little bit about the company and what they stand for, the culture and values. She explained how to dress accordingly, what was acceptable and what wasn't.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was a positive experience you had with a sales associate when you went shopping? How could you bring that positive quality to our store as a sales associate?
Easy, phone interview and in person interview with standard questions, walk through cv etc... Given time to look around the store, lasted 5 mins and then had to wait a week to hear back
very good and goes into asking if you have a good depth of knowledge in the brand and clothing but don't be discouraged if you do not know anything as they will show you whatever you need to learn
Easy interview process. Was a group interview with about 3 others and we each took turns answering questions. We were told to dress in our personal style. I was offered the job.
