I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guess? (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2018
Interview
I went in for an interview and it was very short. It was at least 5 minutes. I was called a week later for a second one at 2 p.m. When I came in I told them I was there for an interview and that it was at 2. One of the girls told me the woman who'd interview me would be with me in a moment so I told them I would sit outside and wait. 3:00 started to roll around so I went inside to ask what was taking so long and they told me the woman had been looking for me and I told them I was right outside waiting for her and I had informed one of the girls of that. She told me they don't go outside to get people. The thing is that's exactly what happened with the first interview. Someone came outside and got me. So it's not my fault that I was under the impression someone would come outside again to get me. I didn't get the job due to this sheer incompetence.

Interview
started my interview as seasonal and it was pretty straightforward. Managers should be chill and relax. A lot of behavioral questions was asked and how you deal with situations. If youre seasonal, then you might do a group interview with others.
Really easy, simple just asked about availability and my experience - no specific questions and interviewer was very nice. Easiest interview I’ve ever had, also haven’t recieved an answer yet on whether I was successful
