I received an email for a phone screening and we have scheduled an interview on the following week. On that day, I have waited for 15 minutes past the scheduled time and still heard nothing from the recruiter. I sent an email to the recruiter and he replied he was running late for a meeting. We have rescheduled the interview for the following week. A week later, unfortunately, it happened again - he did not call me or notify me that he was not able to make it or anything. At that point, I decided it was not worth my time to follow up with the recruiter. I wish the team can give me an update ahead of time even though they can’t make it.

Phone Interview with Manager, then onsite.
I'd appreciate if they sent me an email after the onsite interview telling me whether I got it or not. And I'd expect a response if I specifically emailed them and asked about it. Which none of the two happened, so it's a pretty terrible people place for sure.

Talked about the clothing industry with the manager and that was it.
I had the worst interview experience ever. I applied online for the Financial Analyst role and was reached out for an interview. I have her suitable days/times for the week but did not receive a response to schedule an interview.
I followed up next week and she replied saying "I dont remember scheduling an interview". We did set up a time to speak but 8minutes after the set up time the recruiter emailed to reschedule. I was ok with that too. Sent her new times but no response.
I do not think recruiters should waste a candidate's time effort and energy if they are not interested.
