The most difficult part of this job was trying to attain sales goals and tasks that were unattainable, and having that used as leverage to not be promoted.
I had one interview with the General manager and then proceeded to a panel interview with the Region, LP, and District Manager. They asked about Loss prevention, sales leading, customer focus , etc.
