I dressed up one day and did job searching in the mall. Walked into Guess thinking "I will never get this". A week later they called me in while I was on my way to another interview in the store. After that interview, I walked in and spoke to the assistant manager. She asked me typical interview questions and a week later, I got an offer to work there.

started my interview as seasonal and it was pretty straightforward. Managers should be chill and relax. A lot of behavioral questions was asked and how you deal with situations. If youre seasonal, then you might do a group interview with others.
