Interview
Went through 3 different interviews. All individuals I interviewed with were very energetic, had great enthusiasm for their own roles and the company they work for. It really built up my own desire to learn from them and work for the company.
They all described their own success stories and how much they had grown and expanded their roles in the company (i.e.: promoted), which is great for future employees who are not just looking any job to get them by.
