Interview
The interview was simply very bad. I went by the store to leave my CV and the store manager told me to arrange it for the next day. The next day I went to the store and I was in an online interview with the HR and the store manager sitting next to me. They literally asked me around 20 questions and the interview was 1:30 hour long. So I am wondering, if the interview for a simple sales assistant position is like this then what it should be for a position within the company? This is insane and I they made me feel awkward. I felt like the Recruiter was suspicious and was trying to get something negative from me. The HR was focusing a lot to negative side questions. Though, I was highly positive and confident and I really liked that I had opinion. Because I felt like they wanted people that were "easy" to be controlled. What I also did not like was a type of "secrecy" between the HR and the manager and I was under the impression that the HR was "managing and directing" the store and not the store manager!
