Interview
One interview with the store manager. Asked simple questions like "Why do you want to work here?" Asked me about my past experiences with retail, was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I previously worked a seasonal job and she asked me why I wasn't chosen to be a full part time employee. I said it's because they didn't get to see my true potential and she replied with, "nice answer" and seemed impressed. Smile and let them know how important customer service is because that's what they're looking for.

started my interview as seasonal and it was pretty straightforward. Managers should be chill and relax. A lot of behavioral questions was asked and how you deal with situations. If youre seasonal, then you might do a group interview with others.
