Hired me on the spot, simple job questions were asked. Seemed like the choice was already made but with words and confidence you can change their mind and get you to be on their team.
The interview was brief and casual, very comfortable environment. I was called about a week after applying, I did go in and leave a resume shortly after applying. It was during the holiday season so that's likely why it went by so fast.
