Interview
Typical retail interview process. Applied got a call a week later. because i applied for management i had multiply interviews with district manager, regional manager, and store management. Received a call for drug test and back ground check about a week after all interviews and received an offer about a month later
Interview process is fairly easy if you have customer service experience. They will ask you questions in regard to customer service, employee relation, and sales target goals as they are big in sales goals.

Interview
I had an initial interview with a district manager, two phone interviews with HR representatives, and a final in-person interview with a store manager. All interviews were fairly similar/standard and none were longer than 30 minutes.
