I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Guess? (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
it didn't take that much time. The recruiters were very friendly and polite, they really show you that they are there to help you out. they really are concerned about how you look though, so don't dress sloppy and prepare yourself to look sharp and be very funny and energetic.Typical retail interview process. Applied got a call a week later. because i applied for management i had multiply interviews with district manager, regional manager, and store management. Received a call for drug test and back ground check about a week after all interviews and received an offer about a month later
It was easy and quick, They asked few questions about guess, about my experience and it was a group interview. They asked same questions to everyone. it was just one round of interview
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guess? (Cypress, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
started my interview as seasonal and it was pretty straightforward. Managers should be chill and relax. A lot of behavioral questions was asked and how you deal with situations. If youre seasonal, then you might do a group interview with others.
Really easy, simple just asked about availability and my experience - no specific questions and interviewer was very nice. Easiest interview I’ve ever had, also haven’t recieved an answer yet on whether I was successful
