Interview
A lot of role playing, manager picked outfits and asked each person in the group to sell it to her. The manager then asked why we chose guess, and whether we saw ourselves in the company after the holidays
Easy, phone interview and in person interview with standard questions, walk through cv etc... Given time to look around the store, lasted 5 mins and then had to wait a week to hear back
very good and goes into asking if you have a good depth of knowledge in the brand and clothing but don't be discouraged if you do not know anything as they will show you whatever you need to learn
Easy interview process. Was a group interview with about 3 others and we each took turns answering questions. We were told to dress in our personal style. I was offered the job.
