Three phone interviews, then I was flown down for an on-site interview with 4 different people. The questions were all pretty basic interview questions. The on-site interview was a bit disorganized and I sat around waiting for a while, but was pretty easy overall.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guess? (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview with HR and then was asked for an in person interview with the hiring manager for the role.
The corporate office was really nice. The recruiter I had a phone interview with spent a few minutes with me letting me know what to expect from the interview, which I appreciated it. The hiring manager was pleasant and asked challenging questions that seemed appropriate to vet the right person for the job.
And after that...nothing. I followed up several times and even asked if they could please let me know if they had elected to move forward with another candidate. I got nothing but radio silence in return.
I was pretty disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
