2 interviews. Very quick process. Had a interview with the District Manager in person. I had a phone interview with the Loss Prevention Manager over the phone. Questions were very typical. Get to know about the company and also how you lead your team to reach the sales goals.

3 person interview and straight to the point. Talk about setting clear expectations and key metrics. Meeting goals and kpis are a must. The training is alot of information at once but after awhile it becomes better.

Met with district manager in a coffee shop. Polite greetings and the interview began and went smoothly. I felt comfortable the entire time.
