The interview process was quick and simple. I was first contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview the day after submitting the application... The 30 minute or so conversation went very well. Afterward, I scheduled an in person interview with the Director of Allocations... The Senior Allocator joined as well. Normal interview questions were asked. After the interview I did not hear from the hiring manager for another 2-3 weeks but I was offered a position and I accepted.
