Guess? Stock Person interview questions

It was a group interview We were asked to fill out applications just before our interview (which in my opinion, was unnecessary, and makes a candidate feel rushed) After ppl rushed through the applications, we were ushered into the back, sitting side-by-side as we're asked questions. They said a background check will be done and those selected will be contacted. Being personable for this interview was important, since it was a group interview, your personality had to stand out. I felt a little like my answers were repeated by others in the interview, and the manager doing the interview could've approached the interview process in a more professional way.
