After applying online and submitting my resume it took about 4 business days to hear back. I received an email asking what time I'd be able for an interview and was able to schedule an interview for 2 days later. Interviewer was welcoming and polite. Interview went well, I was just asked basic questions and since I have history with the mortgage business they asked me about my job experience then. Discussed what role I'd have and work I'd do if I got the job. Talked about salary and benefits. About 2 days later got a confirmation email that I got the job and I just had to fill out some paper work and get my background checked.
