Unprofessional people. I applied for a Senior Accountant role. The next day I received an email from HR saying they're excited to invite me for an interview and asked me about my availability. I replied with a thank you note along with my availability date. After that I never heared back from them. Ghosting candidates is highly immature and unprofessional.
