Guidehouse Consultant I interview questions

I had three interviews (managing consultant, director, and partner) in the span of 2 weeks, all behavioral questions. Everyone was nice, answered my questions, most interviews felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. It’s been two weeks since my last interview though and no word from the recruiter even after following up. Wish they had the decency to at least tell me I didn’t get the role instead of ghosting me.

Very straightforward process. Hired within 3 weeks. Three interviews and in decent time intervals. Recruiter was very helpful and great at answering questions. Overall it was a very positive experience.
