Disorganized process. Scheduled interviews changed last minute. Interviewers changed last minute. People were mostly nice, interviews were mostly behavioral. Had two rounds. One screening round and one superday with three rounds and breaks.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what are your hobbies? Why Guidehouse? Why the specific team.
1R technical presentation + 1R behavioral
2R traditional casing interview + 2R behavioral
They give you a prompt for technical presentation prep a week before the interview. For 2R it's a traditional casing interview that gives you a case on the spot. 1R behavioral was with a director, 2R was with a partner at the firm.
They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.
