I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Guidepoint in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process in general was very smooth. The first round is a screening type of interview to see if you're good fit. It's more behavioral question. Round two is more job specific.
First, I had a one on one phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. Then, I had a zoom session with 5 different teams in intervals of 30 minutes each. Lastly, I was given a mock assignment.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Nov 2022
Interview
Clear and transparent throughout the steps and the demands of the role and the company. First interview with a local HR 30' online in English with basic content (CV, what is the role, what the company does, salary/hours/work format expectations and declaration of what is the exact offer) Second interview online 30' with 3 people from the London office in different stages of their careers (the evolution of the role I was interviewing for). Same format (CV, expectations, making sure I fully understand the role) Third interview was in 2 parts. First, a Case study at home with 1 hour to complete (it was about finding some experts on LinkedIn for a specific project). After a few hours, a live interview in the office with 2 vice presidents where we talked again about motivation and my CV, the understanding of the job description and went through the case study (in order to analyze the thought and research process). Also there was a simulation of a call with an expert and how I would "close the deal". They were talking pretty fast in this stage.
