I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Phone call then 5 hour in person interview where you have to do a test project. Talked to many people who worked in the office and would be the leaders of the research associates. Everyone is broken into teams. They really want applicants to understand the position they are applying for.
The interview was quite lengthy. The TA screen lasted over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary. The person from the Talent Acquisition team kept speaking non-stop without giving a chance to respond or ask questions — it felt overwhelming.
The first round interview was conducted online via video call. The atmosphere wasn’t bad. I occasionally got some “what if” questions. But I was asked “Do you have any questions?” about five times.

Overall, the interview is a constructive and positive experience, helping both parties make an informed decision about moving forward together.
