Interview invite came through email. Interview last for 15 minutes. Got only few questions. Easy interview. We don't need experience. They just want to know how much we are interested in the job.

After submitting my application, I was called about a week later with some general questions (like if I was still interested) and we scheduled a virtual interview via Zoom (this was during Covid). The interview had standard questions and none that seemed like trick questions. I was offered the position at the end of the interview and we discussed my pay and logistics. I signed a contract of employment later that day and came in later that week for two days of orientation, after which I started working.
