Interview
The interview process was very tiedious and very processed. The interviewer was very caring and loving over the phone. I loved the interview process because it was not just one interview it was 3 interviews.
A video interview, then a written interview before a final phone interview. This was in 2019, when the company was fairly new. The video and phone interviews were around 45 minutes, and the written interview took about 30 minutes.

Q: if you’re introducing the Sandpapers to a child and they say the sound is a letter name instead of its sound, what would you do?

Interview
There are three rounds of interviews, first the talent team will reach out to you after reviewing your application and resume. Then, some one from the Programs will talk to you if you have passed the first test. Lastly, you will meet with the HOS. If you are a trained, experienced guide, the process is very simple and not intimidating at all.
