I submitted an application to Guidewire for this role and was contacted a few days later about setting up a screening interview. I used their automated system to schedule a time for the following Friday. About 50 minutes before the interview was scheduled to start, I got an apologetic email stating that the recruiter wouldn't be able to make the meeting, and asking if we could reschedule for the following Monday or Tuesday. I sent my availability within ten minutes of their email (still before the interview was even supposed to start). I did not hear back from them by the end of business that day with a new time. I did not hear back from them by the end of business Monday with a new time. I did not hear back from them by the end of business Tuesday with a new time. Tuesday evening I sent a follow up email asking if they still wanted to reschedule. I never got any sort of response.
