Simple. You are asked what instruments you play and how long. If you have ever worked in a music store. Etc Just you and two managers in the back office. Friendly and not difficult just talking with some cool guys.

Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.
Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed
